At Purpose Driven Fitness, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
 We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
